Difficulty 2

Kongou Giant
  • Field: Tranquil Temple
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Simian Armament
    • Simian Bone
    • 500fc
  • Party Member: Kota
  • Targets:
    • Ogretails x3
    • Kongou x1
You'll have to kill the Ogretails until the Kongou will even spawn. Go clockwise into Area E and you should encounter one Ogretail feeding itself. Sneak up on it and devour to start things off then fight it. Assuming the other Ogretails haven't gathered to you then head to D where you should find the last two. After killing all of the Ogretails, Area G, E, and D should contain the Kongou. Side step constantly as a melee attacker to keep at his side, away from his front at all times. As a ranged user, don't stand still for too long or he'll unleash a powerful wind attack from right under you. When the heat start packing, the Kongou will retreat to higher ground like Area J.

    • Draconic Gun
    • 500fc
  • Party Members: Lindow & Sakuya
  • Targets:
    • Gboro-Gboro x1
Go to Area G and you should find the Gboro-Gboro. At often times this monster will stay stationary and start unleashing a barrage of bullets to anyone in front of it. This means that you should always stay at it's sides or back and you should never be too far away. Since it hardly moves when it does this, it's a perfect time to Devour as much as you want. When the Gboro-Gboro isn't using his bullets it'll go in a frenzy, unleashing erratic attacks. This is where you use those bullets you got by devouring it when it was stationary. Keep on switching attitudes as it switches it's and you should down it in no time.
Take out Ogretails as you see them.

Just as you start the mission you should switch out your normal shot-based bullets because they're hard to damage the Chi-You with initially. Mortars work well against it.
Chi-You is deployed around Area C. You have the option of sniping it from K and it'll eventually come to you.

  • Party Members: Soma, Sakuya, & Kota
  • Target:
    • Vajra x1
You'll want to bring Crushing weapons as they work best in this mission.
It's waiting for you in Area D. Devour the Cocoon Maidens around the zone so you can get free bullets and Burst which will help you dodge the Vajra's fast attacks. When it sends out a mass of lightning orbs on the field, don't rush into them or even stay in it's path since it will be sent out as projectiles in due time. Swiftly flank the enemy in order to avoid them.

  • Target:
    • Borg Camlann x1
Get some Spark or Freeze bullets before you engage this Aragami.
It starts off in L but it moves around a lot. You'll want to aim for it's legs, underbelly, and "mouth". Short sword user's stabbing attacks (triangle) will be pretty useful here along with any Buster users' charge attack.

Difficulty 4

Storm Baptism
  • Field: Sunken Grid
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Imploder
    • Rough Barrel
    • 1500fc
  • Party Members: Sakuya, Soma, Kota, & Alisa
  • Targets:
    • Zygote x1
    • Sariel x1
The targets are near Area H. Don't get pierce-centric weapons because you'll be fighting in the air for most of the mission since the main target, Sariel, is floating most of the time. Ideally, you want to aim for the bare "body", that is, the part of the Sariel above the skirt but since it is impossible to reach without Bursting and/or double jumping precisely. You'll have to make do with aiming for anything under it's skirt. Devour the grunts around you so you can gain that extra boost in jumping power so you can reach it's "body". You can instead try to devour it's legs which is possible but requires some precise aiming and timing since it moves around a lot. You should be careful about using melee against it consistently since it will often put up a barrier which will push you back.
Venus Trap
  • Field: Forgotten Carrier
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Chimera Spark Fur
    • Chimera Great Wing
    • 1500fc
  • Party Members: Sakuya, Soma, Kota, & Alisa
  • Target:
    • Vajra x1
It's over at Area E.
Sunlight on Snow
  • Field: Tranquil Temple
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Draconic Carapace
    • Avian Talon
    • 2250fc
  • Party Members: Sakuya, Soma, Kota, & Alisa
  • Targets:
    • Gboro-Gboro x1
    • Chi-You x1
Gboro-Gboro is located in Area D. Afterwards, head to Area E to Chi-You.
Now you have to do a bit of talking in order to advance the story. Enter the Executive Section to access the Director's Room to trigger a cutscene. After you have viewed it, head to a terminal for another cutscene. When you've done viewing that one, you can finally go on with the next story mission.
Sleet
  • Field: Tranquil Temple
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Wulkong Bone
    • Wulkong Armor
    • 1500fc
  • Party Members: Sakuya, Soma, Kota, & Alisa
  • Target:
    • Fallen Kongou x1
You'll find this new Aragami in Area I. You can aim for the lower parts of it's legs for some decent damage but I recommend that you slash at it constantly without worrying about where you're hitting so you can build OP to just mortar it.
Symbol of Swords
  • Field: Tranquil Temple
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Aragami Fang
    • Knt Needle
    • 1500fc
  • Party Members: Soma, Kota, Alisa
  • Target:
    • Borg Camlann
You'll deploy right in front of it.
Enter the Laboratory and to Mr. Sasaki's Lab. Once you're done with the cutscene talk to him a second time to accept the next story mission.
Hermatite Rose
  • Field: City of Mercy
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Chimera Spark Fur
    • Knt Needle
    • 2250fc
  • Party Members: Soma and other two non-main characters
  • Targets:
    • Vajra x1
    • Borg Camlann x1
Area M contains the Vajra and Area F has the Borg Camlann in it but it won't matter much since they'll both join each other in battle as soon as you fight. If you don't care about the risk of anyone dying then send out the Search command so that both bosses will be occupied by two groups, making this a little easier. If not then send out Converge and focus on one.
As for whatever Aragami you seek first then you should consider this: the Borg is much harder to kill and has attacks that encompass a large range. The Vajra on the other hand, has more vulnerabilities and can be easily ignored. In the end, it's a matter if you're fighting just one (Vajra) or both of them at the same time (Borg). If one of them flees to close quarter areas like I or L then leave them be since fighting in such small areas will prove to be difficult.
You'll need to talk to Saskaki again so take the elevator into the Labratory and then into his lab. This time you'll have to head back to the Entrance after the cutscene for your next mission.

Difficulty 5

Carnage Feast
  • Field: Tranquil Temple
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Chimera spark Fur
    • Avian Talon
    • 2550fc
  • Party Members: Sakuya, Kota, & Alisa
  • Targets:
    • Vajra x1
    • Chi-You x1
One group (yours) will spawn in E next to the Vajra while the other will usually be right next to the Chi-You. Employ the same strategies as you did in Hermatite Rose.
Black Alligator
  • Field: Infernal Subway
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Chimera Spark Fur
    • Wyrm Scale
    • 2550fc
  • Party Members: Kota and any two non-main character
  • Targets:
    • Vajra x1
    • Fallen Gboro-Gboro
If you're fast enough in killing the Vajratail then the Fallen Gboro-Gboro will instead spawn right behind you in Area F. The two won't be together for a long time in this scenario. If you take too long then you'll instead find the two bosses in the areas around G and D. They will join together pretty quickly in this scenario.
This version of the Gboro-Gboro will go erratic more often then it's normal form and will (more?) often use an attack that will push you away from it.
Well you need to go back to Sasaki's Lab and talk to him to advance the story. Head back to the Entrance when you're done.
Pilgrim
  • Field: Tranquil Temple
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Simian Femur
    • Simian Armor+
    • 4250fc
  • Party Members: Kota, Alisa, and one non-main character.
  • Targets:
    • Kongou x4
Your party will be split in two at the start and will engage two Kongous seperately. Keep it this way for as long as you can as fighting four Kongous at once will prove to be difficult. Send out the command to Disperse when they all gather together.
Go to Sasaki's for another conversation. This will unlock the next story mission.
Spring Thunder
  • Field: Forgotten Carrier
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Avian Talon
    • Avian Tendon
    • 1700fc
  • Party Members: Kota, Shio, & Soma
  • Target:
    • Fallen Chi-You x1
If you go to the Areas around D you'll find it lurking around. This version of the Chi-You is essentially the same as the last one but it's charged with lightning attacks this time and can paralyze you with it's spinning attack. When you see it pause then get away since an attack will follow.
Shopping Mall
  • Field: City of Mercy
  • Mission Rewards:
    • wukong Bone
    • Wukong Armor
    • 2550fc
  • Party Members: Kota, Alisa, & one non-main character.
  • Targets:
    • Fallen Kongou x2
You'll start in L with a Fallen Kongou right next to you. Another will be nearby. Send out the Gather command and lure both monsters to D so you have a bit more room to work with.
Talk to Sasaki to unlock the next story mission.
Sweet Home
  • Field: Tranquil Temple
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Goddess Feather
    • Goddess Steel
    • 1700fc
  • Party Members: Kota & Soma
  • Targets:
    • Sariel x1
Again, you'll deploy right in front of the target.
You'll need to speak with Sasaki again. This time, there isn't a story mission to do but instead you have to gather some materials. They are, along with the missions you can get them from:
Chimera Spark Fur which can be acquired through the mission rewards of God of Thunder, a difficulty four mission.
Simian Great Tail which can be acquired through the mission rewards of Troika, a difficulty four mission.
King Armor+ which can be acquired through the mission rewards of Bow and Spear, a difficulty five mission.
Goddess Feather, which you should already have from the last mission, Sweet Home, a difficulty four mission.
Knt Needle, which can be acquired through the mission rewards of Knight's Mind, a difficulty four mission.
You can go to the Difficulty 4 and the Difficulty 5 sections to find these quests. When you've gathered them all then give him the materials and go on the next story mission.
Hunting Cloak
  • Field: City of Mercy
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Simiajn Femur
    • Simian Armor +
    • 3400fc
  • Party Members: Soma, Sakuya, Kota, & Alisa
  • Target:
    • Borg Camlann x1
    • Kongou x2
This mission is pretty easily so long as you don't get into a skirmish where all three are together. You'll find the Borg Camlann in J and the Kongous in M.
Visit the Director's Room in the Executive Section this time. The director will assign you a new mission.
Primordial Spiral
  • Field: Wailing Plains
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Chaotic Armor
    • Chaotic Moss
    • 8500fc
  • Party Members: Any three non-main characters
  • Target:
    • Ouroboros x1
This mission isn't nearly as intimidating as it seems. Make some powerful long range Divine bullets before you engage in the mission--they will be crucial to finishing this mission quickly.
Go to Area E and you'll find the Ouroboros there. All you need to do is flank it and devour it's skirt. Afterwards, release a barrage of those Divine bullets you made earlier and repeat. You can melee this Aragami if you want but you should take caution not to remain under it for too long or it'll devastate your HP.

Difficulty 6

    • Chimera Spark Fur
    • 3000fc
  • Party Members: Sakuya, Kota, & Alisa
  • Targets:
    • Vajra x1
    • Prithvi Mata x1
The Vajra is in O and you'll have to take it out before you can kill the Prithvi Mata which will spawn in N after the kill.
The Prithvi Mata is alike the Vajra in attacks but it no longer has the move where it dodges and lauches out torpedo-type Aragami bullets anymore and instead have upgraded versions of the other attacks sporting accompanying ice attacks which have a large radius. When you hear it roar step immediately out of the way.
Cavern Bears
  • Field: Infernal Subway
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Chimera Spark Fur
    • Avian Talon
    • 4000fc

    • Pluto Gem
    • 2000fc
  • Party Members: Shun, Gina, Karel, & Kota

    • Draconic Carapace
    • Wukong Bong
    • 4000fc
  • Party Members: Shun, Gina, Karel & Kota

    • 3000fc
  • Party Members: Sakuya, Soma, & Alisa
  • Targets:
    • Dyaus Pita x1
    • Prithvi Mata x1
Head to D to fight the Prithvi Mata. If you want, send out the Search command so you have a better chance of both Aragami being seperated as both groups will be holding them back. In the case they do come together immediately throw a stun bomb and send out the Disperse command and focus on killing the Prithvi Mata before engaging the Dyaus Pita.
Hellfire Shield
  • Field: Forgotten Carrier
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Simian Femur
    • Hanuman Skin
    • 2000fc
  • Party Members: Sakuya, Alisa, & Shio
  • Target:
    • Fierce Kongou x1
The target's feeding at the very far distance at Area E. Kill off all grunts as they will prove to be a major inhibitor otherwise.
This version of the Kongou has more vulnerable spots and is weak to Divine bullets.
The Director wants to see you so stop by his office. After the conversation the next mission will be unlocked.
Obsidian Sacrifice
  • Field: Forgotten Carrier
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Anathema Armor
    • King Armor+
    • 2000fc
  • Party Members: Soma and any two non-main characters
  • Targets:
    • Tezcatilpoca x1
If you go to E, you'll find it. Again, stay close unless you see it's "barrier" attack coming.
Sunken Beacon
  • Field: Infernal Subway
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Anathema Armor
    • Simian Femur
    • 3000fc
  • Party Members: Soma and any two non-main characters
  • Targets:
    • Tezcatilpoca x1
    • Kongou x1
They're both in J together. It goes without saying that you should kill the Kongou first.
The Branch Director wants to see you so go over there to have a conversation with him. Return back to the Entrance for a mission.

    • Knt Steel
    • Avian Talon
    • 3000fc
  • Party Members: Soma and any two non-main characters
  • Targets:
    • Chi-You x1
    • Borg Camlann x1
You'll fight both of these Aragami seperately. They spawn in E one after the other.
Talk to Sasaki in Shio's Room, located in his lab. He'll ask you to get an Aragami Fang which you should have so just go to your storage and put it in your inventory. Visit him and give it to him to advance in the story.
Shark Fin
  • Field: Infernal Subway
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Chimera Spark Fur
    • Wyrm Scale
    • 3000fc
  • Party Members: Soma and any two non-main characters
  • Targets:
    • Vajra x1
    • Fallen Gboro-Gboro x1
Targets located in Area J.
Sasaki needs a Wyrm Scale, another fairly common item that you should already have. When you've given it to him go engage in the next story mission.
Regal Bones
  • Field: Tranquil Temple
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Simian Femur
    • Emperor Mane
    • 3000fc
  • Party Members: Soma and any two non-main characters
  • Targets:
    • Dyaus Pita x1
    • Fierce Kongou x1
The first target is in E and the second is in F. You should always aim to fight in open quarters and never be near any corners as both of them are in perfect synergy and will overwhelm you otherwise. You will want to seperate them using the Stun Bomb to Disperse command but they join together fairly quickly.
Dr. Sasaki needs an Emperor's Claw which you probably just got from the last mission. If you didn't end up getting it or have accidently used the Emperor's Claw for crafting or something then do the Exiled Emperor, a difficulty 6 mission. Giving this item to Sasaki will advance the story.
Death Stalker

    • Spark Knt Armor
    • Knt Steel
    • 3000fc
  • Party Members: Soma and any two non-main characters

  • Party Members: Soma and any two non-main characters
  • Targets:
    • Sariel x1
    • Quadriga x1
The Sariel is in Area O while the Quadriga is in K.
Sariel should be a joke now since you should have weapons that will easily cut through her previously near-invincible skirt. Since you'll be knocking it down a lot use Devour as much as you can and save the Aragami bullets to use on the Quadriga.
Hope

    • Garuda Claw
    • 3500fc
  • Party Members: Any
  • Target:
    • Sekhmet x1
It'll be in the magma and will close in on Area J first. Even though the Sekhmet is technically a variant of the Chi-You, it's body is no longer the vulnerability and instead is it's wings.
Firelords in a Storm
  • Field: Wailing Plains
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Serpent Armor
    • Serpent Soft Iron
    • 3500fc
  • Party Members: Soma, Sakuya, Alisa, & Kota
  • Target:
    • Hannibal x1
It will spawn near you. This is a high speed Aragami but despite this there is a lot of chances to Devour outside of being actually knocked down. Just stay close and with some occasional steps, you should be fine.
Both Sasaki and Licca will want to talk to you so visit Sasaki's Lab to see them both. Talk to them along with Sasaki (the first option) and then talk to Hibari afterwards.
Fifth Element
  • Field: Aegis
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Diablo Plumage
    • Diablo Feather
    • 3500fc
  • Party Members: Any
  • Target:
    • Aether x1
This variation of the Sariel isn't very different from it's original aside from inflicting a lot of status ailments and being much more aggressive.

    • Shattered Gpd Arc
    • Prince's Sand
    • 4000fc
  • Party Members: Any

  • Mission Rewards:
    • Helios Raiment
    • Selene Raiment
    • 6000fc
  • Party Members: Any
  • Target:
    • Arda Nova x1
This battle isn't very different from the last battle of Difficulty 6.
Talk to Sasaki in his lab and he'll ask you to get three Raven Feathers. At this moment you can get them from these missions:
Knight and Rust, the mission where you helped out Tatsumi.
Alligator Hunter, a difficulty 7 mission.
Burning Tracks, a difficulty 7 mission.
Needles and Sewage, a difficulty 7 mission.
I was fond of doing Alligator Hunter and Burning Tracks to get these Raven Feathers as they're (in my opinion) the easiest missions out of the selection. Hand them over to him when you have everything and proceed to the next mission.
Dog Mines
  • Field: Tranquil Temple
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Pluto Ice Armor
    • Garuda Bone
    • Black Wing
  • Party Members: Any
  • Targets:
    • Fallen Quadriga x1
    • Sekhmet x1
Targets are located in area D and J.
Sasaki will need you again but this time to gather two Black Wings. These are found in difficulty 8 missions, specifically:
Scaly Thrush
Onyx Smoke
The End to Vice
Dog Mines
Hand the Black Wings over to him when you're set then head out for the next mission.
Fire Engine
  • Field: Wailing Plains
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Blaze Knt Armor
    • Draconic Carapace
    • 6000fc
  • Party Members: Any
  • Targets:
    • Fallen Borg Camlann x1
    • Fallen Gboro-Gboro x1
Your group will be split up and one will deploy in C, next to the Borg, and the other will be in J, next to the Gboro.
One Who Devours World
  • Field: Aegis
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Unlock Bind: 004
    • Elixer
    • Stamina Booster
  • Party Members: Any
  • Target:
    • Amaterasu x1
Despite it's intimidating looks this monster is pretty easy as long as you watch out when it stands up. All in all, it's pretty much a watered down version of the Ouroboros. Bring your best blades and go for the head. Don't worry about bullets and don't bring any sniper teammates as this Aragami cannot be damaged by guns easily.
Double Date
  • Field: Tranquil Temple
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Royal Bone
    • Royal Fang
    • 6000fc
  • Party Members: Kota and any female characters
  • Target:
    • Prithvi Mata x1
    • Fallen Sariel x1
Go to Sasaki's Lab and this time you'll find Licca. Talk to her and you'll discover that you need a Raven Great Wing. Unlike Sasaki's requests there is already a story mission that will have this.

Difficulty 9

Dragon-Tiger Fang
  • Field: City of Mercy
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Serpent Armor
    • Chimera Spark Fur
    • Raven Great Wing
  • Party Members: Any
  • Targets:
    • Vajra x1
    • Hannibal x1
Hannibal in D while the Vajra is in Area J
Go to the Terminal and withdraw the Raven Great Wing you just got. Hand it over to Licca who is standing in the lobby.
Divine Shadows
  • Field: Wailing Plains
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Ketu Armor
    • Ketu Raiment
    • 6750
  • Party Members: Any
  • Target:
    • Fallen Arda Nova x1

Tropical Fish
  • Field: Infernal Subway
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Draconic Carapace

    • Conqueror Armor
    • Anathema Raiment
    • 4500fc
  • Party Members: Any except for Kanon and Brendan

    • Tezcatilpoca x1
It's at the very end of the map at Area E.
Fires of Caldera

    • Chimera Femur
    • Emperor Mane
    • 4500fc
  • Party Members: Any except for Kanon and Brendan

Difficulty 10

One Who Devours All
  • Field: Aegis
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Restore Pill S
    • Stamina Booster S
    • Elder's Armor
  • Party Members: Any except Brendan
  • Target:
    • Tsukuyomi x1
This is the Arda Nova in her Goddess only appearance so she has her second phase attacks and more. You'll want to stay close but avoid air combat altogether (despite the halo still being the weakest point of defense). If you do this the only two attacks she should be able to hit you with is her multiple whip attack and her feral attacks but the latter is easy to see coming and the former is a move she rarely does in this incarnation. If you end up hearing her say, "My power is overwhelming!" on the ground then dash towards her immediately if you aren't near her already as she will launch a long range beam attack that will one-hit KO you. If she says that quote in the air then dash away since she will use her light pillar barrage attack.
Ice-Cold Glare
  • Field: City of Mercy
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Royal Bone
    • Empress Fang
    • 6000fc
  • Party Members: Kanon, Sakuya, Soma, Kota, Alisa, Gina, Annette, & Federico

Firefly
  • Field: Infernal Subway
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Spark Knt Armor
    • Spark Knt Armor+
    • 9000fc
  • Party Members: Kanon, Sakuya, Soma, Kota, Alisa, Gina, Annette, Brendan, Ren & Federico
  • Targets:
    • Quadriga x1
    • Fallen Borg Camlann x1
The Quadriga will actually be arriving in your deploy area (Area F) but you'll have a much higher chance of fighting them both at the same time earlier if you fight it so attacking the fallen Borg Camlann (Area E) is recommended.
King's Tryst
  • Field: City of Mercy
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Chimera Femur
    • Diablo Feather
    • 9000fc
  • Party Members: Any except for Tatsumi's unit
  • Targets:
    • Aether x1
    • Dyaus Pita x1
Dyaus Pita is in Area C and the Aether in F.
Go to the Director's Room so you can talk to Tsubaki. When you're done with that conversation then head to the Entrance and talk to Ren. He'll ask you to head out on a mission alone with him. Back up your save right this instant onto your computer or any storage device as you may have to go back to this specific save point.
The Fall of Mankind
  • Field: Aegis
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Phantom Armor
    • Phantom Horn
    • 6000fc
  • Party Member: Ren only
  • Target:
    • Corrosive Hannibal x1
Stock up on as many healing items as you can gather. See the Aragami section if you want information on the Corrosive Hannibal.
Alright now you'll find yourself in Lindow's memory of the Den. This is the point of no return for this part of the story: even though you can go on the earlier missions you can't bring any party members except for Ren. If you backed up your save like I suggested then you can go back to that save just in case you need to prepare yourself further.
Talk to Ren twice and he should give you another quest to do with him. This one will be brutal so yet again make sure you're prepared.
One Who Devours the Mind
  • Field: Infernal Subway
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Prince's Sand
    • Prince's Pin
    • 6000fc
  • Party Member: Ren only
  • Target:
    • Susano'o x1
It appears in Area G. Since you are alone with Ren, who has a relaxed nature, you have to play much more carefully than you did with a full party.
Go to here Lindow's Room used to be. Talk to Ren for the next mission.
Spiral of Reminiscence
  • Field: Wailing Plains
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Abyssal Bone
    • Abyssal Claw
    • 6000fc
  • Party Member: Ren Only
  • Target:
    • Ouroboros x1
It's in the same place as before--in Area E. This mission should be loads easier than the last.
Return back to Lindow's Room so you can accept your next mission from Ren.
True Moon in the Welkin
  • Field: Church of Memories
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Phantom Armor
    • Phantom Horn
    • 6000fc
  • Party Member: Lindow only
  • Targets:
    • Corrosive Hannibal x1
This is it, the final battle. The Corrosive Hannibal seems to have a bit more attacks so watch out.

Go in a counterclockwise direction or in other words, to the left of your starting point and never stop attacking the Cocoon Maidens. If you see it begin to charge up for an attack just keep attacking anyway as you should get in an attack faster than it can get it's in.
After the 7th Cocoon Maiden go backwards and you should find the final target on a platform.

    • Hanuman Femur
    • Aragami Crystal 4
    • 12000fc
  • Party Member: Karel only
  • Targets:
    • Fierce Kongou x1
    • Fallen Borg Camlann x1
You will fight each one at different times with a set of three Spark Maidens spawning each time to accompany the targets. You should be fully prepared to take care of this alone as Karel does not distribute very much HP through Link Aid.
Mama's Boy
  • Field: Aegis
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Imploder

    • 8000fc
  • Party Member: Shun only
  • Targets:

Not as hard as it might seem since you have to kill the grunts before you get to fight the head honcho.

    • 16000fc
  • Party Member: Brendan only
  • Targets:
    • Fallen Kongou x1
    • Fallen Chi-You x1
    • Susano'o x1
The Kongou is in Area G and the Chi-You will start off in M. The Susano'o will deploy in Area D after you kill those too.
This mission isn't that bad as Brendan will prove to be a pretty reliable partner.
Backstabber
  • Field: Tranquil Temple
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Conqueror Armor
    • Aragami Crystal 8
    • 12000fc
  • Party Member: Kanon only
  • Targets:
    • Quadriga x1
    • Tezcatlipoca x1
Do everything in your power to split them up--they're huge and dodging both of them in a small area (which the Tranquil Temple is full of) will be impossible. You won't actually have to worry so much about friendly fire since they're so big that you can just strike the opposite side where Kanon is firing if you have to.
Anantaboga
  • Field: City of Mercy
  • Mission Rewards:
    • Serpent Soft Iron
    • Aragami Crystal 9
    • 12000fc
  • Party Member: Ren only
  • Targets:
    • Hannibal x1
    • Corrosive Hannibal x1
This isn't actually as hard as it looks since you have much more room to dodge than you usually do against these enemies and you fight them seperately. If you're having trouble just upgrade or get new equipment. Head to G to find the Hannibal and D for the Corrosive Hannibal.
After the mission you can select Ren as a regular party member.

    • Fallen Gboro-Gboro x1
    • Sekhmet x1
    • Fierce Kongou x1
They all spawn at E but seperately. I presume that the Aragami spawn here like in Sting Ray mission: if you take too long they'll spawn rather than as a result of you killing one of them but I've never taken that long to find out for sure.

    • Hannibal x1
Head to Area B and wait. Your other party members should come to your location one by one. When you see one of your party members in range then send out the Search command so they can go away until you only have one party member with you. Watch your radar.
What should happen is that the Hannibal will arrive to Area B via the lava and your other two party members should be fighting the two other Aragami in Area J. One out of three times the pattern deviated but otherwise this is a pretty optimal situation to be in.

All of them are in the upper parts of the map. If you haven't upgraded your blade now's a good time. With a good weapon you'll be able to stagger any of them with one blade combo regardless of your type. Kill the Kongou first since it has the lowest HP then the Fierce Kongous since they have more vulnerabilities than the Fallen Kongou and finally kill the Fallen Kongou.

If Pilgrim 0 was the definite mission where you had to upgrade your blade then this is the mission where you must have a good shield equipped. Stock up on as much items as you can.
For the bulk of the mission you'll have to be circling it at mid range. Don't hold down the run button--the reason will become apparant in a second. The general pattern of the Dyaus Pita at this phase will be to run up to you, stop, then run and pounce. Dash to him if you can during the first run he makes and insert some moves then dash away. Repeat. You can punish him on the second run too but you'll be subject to risk of him using an unexpected thunder attack and the end. Short Blade users can close in on the first run it makes with ease by jumping and using their strong attack (triangle). When you are at close range don't let go. Keep slashing it to bits until it starts to twist it's head around--this means he'll jump and unleash a wide spark attack. When you see this sign just dash away. If he does this sign with some sparks coming it means he'll skip the jump and unleash an even larger version of the spark attack. If you were just meleeing it then you will have to block as you won't be able to dodge at this range.
Using a gun in this mission is great since bullets will make this mission much faster but since you can't dodge well with a gun at all then craft High Cost, High Damage Bullets so you can let out a quick burst of damage and then continue on with meleeing it.
If at any time it envelopes itself with it's spark orbs then you have pretty much the chance to do anything you want as long as you're not in front of him. I recommend that you jump or aerial strong attack (for Short Blade and Long Blade users) over the orbs and Devour him since this is one of the only chances you'll get.
Like the final Hannibal battles in difficulty 10, only heal when he's recovering from his own attack (the second run).

      -

Close up shot of the female body.
Venus is an Aragami that is an amalgam of multiple Aragami. It appears in Area E having a bewitching female body (Arda Nova) that's set on a uglier one (Amaterasu) with purple tentacle-like legs (Ouroboros). It will call out to you using a hand gesture as you approach it the first time (Chi-You).
Venus likes to zip around the field with a running charge (Ouroboros) often wielding thunder that will one hit KO you (Vajra). After it stops it's charge it will spawn an Aragami head out of it's rear jelly and spew a shotgun of ice bullets (Gboro-Gboro). If you strike it's rear jelly where the head spawns then you can disable the Venus from using this attack at all.
If you and your party members manage to surround it then it may unleash a salvo of missiles upon you (Quadriga). If you are too far away then it will send out a portal that will follow you and send out a matrix of dark gales (Corrosive Hannibal). Sometimes it will spawn a scorpion tail to whip you (Borg Camlann) and other times it will do a spinning attack (Kongou). If you see it start to wave it's hands around a lot then you can expect a charged up projectile (Chi-You) coming by which means you immediately go to flank it.
When it's enraged you'll have to be on the move more often. She will use her charge attack multiple times in constant succession along with her ice shotgun attack covering nearly the entire area.
Regardless of whatever form she is you'll have to be careful about healing yourself just like the final battle with the Corrosive Hannibal. Only use items when she's cooling down from an attack. For the same reason you shouldn't use guns for too long as she will punish you easily and harshly for doing so.
So, is this worth downloading? Absolutely. Venus is a pretty interesting Aragami and it's icing on the cake if you use Assault, Buster, or Tower as this monster's materials will craft extremely good equipment of those makes.

Another one.

Larger shot.

Venus, about to strike.

You'll be doing this solo. Gboro-Gboros are often pretty harmless but since you're packed in such a small area with three of them, plus one grunt that keeps on respawning (often a Golden Gboro-Gboro but sometimes a Fallen Gboro-Gboro) you'll have to prepare to be barraged by a lot of attacks. The grunt in this mission is useful to use as a meatshield against projectiles but otherwise you shouldn't bother with it since it has such a low damage output. Buster Blades and Tower Shields work pretty well in this mission because you will have to play pretty defensively.

  • Caligula x1
One of the only half-decent shots I had with a Fallen Zygote off to the side.
Well what do we have here? It looks like a Hannibal variant (and it is) but it boasts ice attacks unlike any of the other Hannibal variants and is extremely overkill on speed which made it pretty hard to get decent screenshots of. You'll notice just how much of a speed upgrade the Caligula has over the Hannibal the second you enter the mission as you deploy right next to it.
The Caligula will make good use of the enlarging blade-like structures on it's arms and has three variants of Hannibal's spear dive attack: 1) an ice dive attack, 2) a delayed lightning orb dive and finally 3) an attack where he spews blue light from his wings and decends upon you. All of them pretty much have the same concept except the last will have him travel an extremely long range. It's ice breath attack is better than the Hannibal's fire breath as it will strike anything closeby that isn't behind it. When it's enraged it will have one eye glowing. Very Naruga-like.
I'd say that this is definitely worth downloading. Even though Venus is certainly a whole different kind of Aragami for the most part this has some pretty impressive moves and it's a ton of fun to fight. It's materials form a Sniper, a Short, and a Buckler that all have extremely good stats and skills. They all each take about three playthroughs of this mission to craft.

Victory Gundam?

It's overkill move.

The basic premise of this mission is that you have to hunt down Cocoon Maidens that spawn seperately while being hunted down by a Hannibal and a Corrosive Hannibal who have been buffed in this mission to the point where they can fell you in one shot. The Cocoon Maidens are also buffed in that they have more HP and are a bit more aggressive making them slightly more hardy.
Like Cowboy, the Hannibal here are just impractical to engage so get some Stamina Boosters and use them at the very start since you'll be running away most of the battle. You can tell your allies to seperate if you want but they'll ineviably die anyway and in the due case that YOU die, it'll be hard for them to link aid you--their pursuit in doing so will also surely spell out their death. The locations of the targets you have to hunt, in order, are as follows:
  1. In the path to Area F.
  2. D
  3. In the path to Area F.
  4. L
  5. In Area F itself.
